Vendor Opportunity Summary

  • Saturday, October 21, 2017 – 7:30 am to 11:30 am
  • North Central Baptist Hospital (Atrium Parking Lot)

  • Women in Medicine and Law for the Cure® – a grassroots organization composed of women in these two noble professions – presents Paint The Parkway Pink, a community event aimed to raise funds for breast cancer research. Importantly, all donations are forwarded to Susan G. Komen for the Cure® in the form of a restricted medical research grant.
    In other words, all money raised will go directly TO FIND A CURE.
  • WHAT IS PAINT THE PARKWAY PINK?
    Paint The Parkway Pink–a 5K run/walk, 1-mile family walk, kids fun run, and diaper dash–invites individuals and families to participate in the first breast cancer fundraising “race” within the Stone Oak area during Breast Cancer Awareness month. There will be many fun activities and events including a post-race health fair and awards ceremony for top-finishing participants.
  • JOIN US! Register as sponsor to show your support in finding a cure for breast cancer.
  • By committing to present a display or activity at the post-race health fair, you will be able to reach a motivated audience that is interested in your product.

    Vendor Expectations

  • There will be a cost of $250 to be a vendor at Paint the ParkWay Pink 5KThis money will be given directly to Susan G. Komen.
    Each confirmed exhibitor will be provided, 6’ pink covered table, and two chairs.  Please make check payable to: Susan G. Komen. Tax ID# 75-1835298.
  • Non-profit organizations will be exempt from vendor fee.
  • No electricity will be available since this is an outdoor event.
  • Your target audience is looking for information on your products and services. Anything you can provide guests as a “take-away” (free samples, coupons, brochures, etc.), is an extra calling card for your company and an extra incentive for consumers to attend the event.
    * *Take-away items are a requirement for all participating vendors. * *
  • Set up from 6:00 am to 7:00 am Saturday, October 22th.
  • All exhibits must remain staffed and on display until the official ending time of 11:30 am.
